Bought Beautifully Giveaway
Bought Beautifully is an online boutique featuring vendors who follow fair trade principles. Led by their faith, the founders desired to create a space in which the values they hold dear can align with the products they consume. Along this journey, they decided they wanted to be a part of helping others do the same. In order to be a featured brand on the Bought Beautifully site (think a more curated, ethically sourced, etsy) a brand needs to follow the their guidelines:
1.) Know their supply chain
2.) Pay fair wages
3.) Prioritize safe working conditions
4.) Practice environmental stewardship
As new vendors are added to the site the offerings just keep getting better. I really like their excellent selection of jewelry and look forward to learning about new brands through their marketplace. One thing they've done very nicely is clearly organized the site so you can easily see who your purchase is impacting and how it's making a difference. In addition to the site there is a ton of information so you can shop knowing that your purchase made a difference!
