Product Development Coordinator

Work as part of a small team to review, select, and order new products;
Review designs with production team and communicate design modifications and requests to artisan partners;
Anticipate and source materials that support each product (i.e. labels, zippers, etc.);
Coordinate getting product support materials to artisan partners;
Research and make recommendations on new products;
Track progress of product development and update production team on weekly basis;
Monitor product performance and make recommendations on product mix;
Follow relevant sites and sources for industry trends

Digital Content Associate   

Organize and manage photo and video database;
Manage schedule of photo shoots and shot lists;
Coordinate and attend lifestyle photo shoots;
Support seamless product photo shoots;
Edit photos for various uses, including for website, social media, press and marketing materials;
Obtain photos from collaboration photo shoots and keep team members informed of new available content;
Arrange for products and props to be pulled and delivered to photo shoots in advance;
Work as part of a small team to determine creative needs and content strategy for website;
Edit and upload video content to website;
Organize, edit and upload photos for blog on website;
Assist with improving and maintaining website;

Artisan Liaison

Review and vet artisan partner applications based on a set criteria and fair trade values;
Work as part of small team to select partners;
Schedule and participate in calls and meetings with applicants and current artisan partners;
Oversee vetting and onboarding for new partners;
Maintain and update artisan database with current information;
Regularly evaluate artisan partnerships and conduct follow-up, including annual survey;
Work as part of a small team to source new products, and identify potential partners;
Periodically organize trips for the co-founders to meet with artisan partners and source new products;
Occasionally attend artisan trade shows;
Complete surveys, applications and review forms for fair trade associations;
Carry out other duties as required

Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a full-time Jr. Graphic Designer with strong typography and layout skills to help elevate the brand message through all visual communications online and offline. The ideal graphic candidate has a passion for typography and editorial design, but also has their eye on the latest web trends. Candidates should be able to design within an established brand identity system, while pushing the direction forward. Daily projects would include marketing emails, designing lookbooks, printed material for events and press, photography selection and collaborating with lead designer on larger web projects.
